Totally agree that a little help makes a big difference. I’m also finally realizing that you can be much more productive when doing the tasks that you actually enjoy and outsourcing the ones that you don’t.
A good indication when you need to do this is when you start feeling that a certain task is “drudgery” and you spend hours trying to get it done. That gruesome task is your red flag — the very thing that’s going to keep you from excelling to your full potential.

This was another great podcast. Doing a podcast at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday night shows just how dedicated you are to achieving your goals.
I’ve been seriously considering doing some outsourcing but it’s really not in my budget just yet. However, I did appreciate your suggestions for bartering or finding alternate ways to get some of the busy work done.
